We are seeking a junior family lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in family law while working directly with experienced practitioners in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a junior lawyer you will be mentored and given meaningful responsibilities from the onset across a broad range of family law matters, such as parenting, property and divorce. About the Role: In this role, you will: Work directly with experienced lawyers across diverse family law matters Draft court documents, affidavits and correspond with legal professionals; Attend Court with senior practitioners in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA); Correspond with clients; Conduct legal research and other general administrative support. About You: Must have a current practising certificate; Experienced in using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel; Strong research, analytical and writing skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Attention to detail and conscientious approach to work; Experience in a law office environment is highly desirable.
