About the role Chinta' is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / Bar person to join our vibrant team in North Perth, WA. This full-time salary role , Monday to Friday will involve preparing high-quality coffee and cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our popular hospitality venue. What you'll be doing Crafting delicious espresso-based beverages, including coffees, teas, and specialty drinks Preparing a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, mocktails, and other bar offerings including the plating of small cakes for guests. Providing friendly and efficient customer service to both dine-in and takeaway patrons Maintaining a clean and well-organised bar and work area Adhering to health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations Assisting with inventory management and stock control Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues What we're looking for Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a fast-paced hospitality environment An understanding of relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate What we offer At Chinta', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
