Full-time RN or EN Practice Nurse at Rockingham Maternity & Family Practice Our Rockingham Practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Practice Nurse (EN or RN) to join our supportive and patient-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and contributing to a positive clinical environment. Full-time Roster Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm Key Responsibilities: Provide patient triage, assessment, and clinical support to GP(s) Conduct immunisations, wound care, health assessments, and care plans Assist with chronic disease management Perform ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical procedures Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical compliance standards Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice About the Role: You will provide high-quality nursing support to GPs and patients, including: Chronic disease management Immunisations and wound care Health assessments Treatment room duties Patient triage and care coordination About You: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Previous general practice or primary care experience (preferred) Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills Ability to work confidently across different practice settings Australian citizenship or permanent residency required If you're a motivated and reliable Practice Nurse looking for flexible work across multiple sites, we'd love to hear from you.
