About the role As a Bra Fitter/Sales Assistant at A Cup Above, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and expertise in bra fittings. This casual position offers flexible work arrangements, allowing you to balance your work and personal commitments. Based in our Joondalup store, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to helping women find the perfect fitting bras. Retail experience is preferred – all training for fitting and brand awareness will be provided. What you'll be doing Conducting professional bra fittings to determine the right size and style for each customer. Providing tailored recommendations and guidance to help customers find the most comfortable and flattering bras. Assisting customers with product selection and ensuring a positive, memorable shopping experience. Maintaining a tidy and organised store environment. Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of customer service. What we're looking for Essential skills: Must be able to work Saturdays (until 3:30pm only). Previous experience in retail. Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
