We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Lead Partnership Manager (GP) to lead a key region while mentoring and developing a team of Partnership Managers to support continued growth. About the Role As Lead Partnership Manager, you will balance strategic leadership with active relationship management. You will manage your own GP portfolio while guiding and supporting your team to deliver consistently high-quality service and strong commercial outcomes. You will play a critical role in ensuring our partnerships continue to grow through trust, responsiveness, and exceptional service delivery. Based from our Osborne Park head office, this role is predominantly field-based, with regular travel across the metropolitan area and regional locations. This hands-on presence is key to building strong, in-person relationships with GP clinics, healthcare partners, and your team. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with GPs, Practice Managers and clinical teams Lead, mentor and coach a team of Partnership Managers, fostering a high-performance, service-focused culture Champion service excellence and act as an escalation point for complex customer matters Drive regional partnership strategies that support sustainable growth and market leadership Work closely with Pathologists and internal teams to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand services Ensure accurate CRM reporting and consistent standards across the team About You You are a credible and confident relationship leader who understands the importance of quality, trust and consistency in healthcare partnerships. You will bring: Proven experience in relationship management, account management or healthcare sales Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience A strong customer service mindset with a focus on quality outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A professional, values-driven approach aligned with Clinipath and Sonic Healthcare principles Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities Why Join Clinipath Pathology?
