As our rent roll continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our highly supportive team. You'll be supported by an experienced team that understands the demands of property management and values providing the tools and support needed to succeed long term. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a residential portfolio Conducting routine inspections Conducting final bond inspections Maintenance coordination Lease renewals and rent reviews Arrears management Owner and tenant communication Building long-term client relationships Please note: New Property Condition Reports are outsourced, allowing you to focus on portfolio management and client service.
