ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Storeperson , you will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory management, and timely distribution of parts and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Receiving, inspecting, checking deliveries against orders, promptly booking goods in and storing incoming goods. Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately. Assist with Tracking documents/System to maintain output. Maintaining stock records and conducting regular inventory checks and cycle counts. Kitting up of parts as they come in for key projects and issue to factory. Crate making when required. Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised, and safe. Load and Unload Trucks. Organisation of Transport and logistics Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if licensed). Assisting with logistics and transport coordination. Following all workplace health and safety guidelines. Support the workshop with additional duties including but not limited to manual labour ,cleaning , overhead crane operations , filing and stamping and general duties as needed. About You: Previous experience in a warehouse or stores role (preferred). Forklift license (or willingness to obtain). Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking. Commitment to workplace safety and procedures.
