The Role We have an exciting full time opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our SA team in our Wingfield branch. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for effective service delivery of the warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant service delivery; Lead a small dedicated team of warehouse staff inclusive of training, and performance management; Proactively managing warehouse, receiving orders, storing and retrieving stock, packaging completed orders and managing their dispatch; Build sound relationships with transport providers to ensure quality service is achieved; Ensure compliance with WHS, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures; Roll up your sleeves and be hands on, inclusive of operating forklifts and store work as required; Manage equipment maintenance and safety checks; Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries; Control warehouse labour costs within budget; Support planning and customer service teams to maintain minimum stock levels; Perform other duties as required. Skills and Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse supervision or management; Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience in inventory control; High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively; Sound understanding of safety regulations and quality standards; Current Forklift License.
