Workforce International is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Equipment Services Coordinator to join our clients team, based in Welshpool. This position will commence on a casual basis, with the opportunity to move into a full-time permanent role after 6 months based on performance and suitability. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm (42.5 hour week) Responsibilities: Washing, detailing, and presenting heavy vehicles and equipment to a high standard Conduct de-hire inspections and identifying any damage or defects Updating inspection and vehicle information within internal systems Conduct minor repairs and general maintenance tasks (light bulbs, mud flaps, etc.) Communicating with the Operations Manager regarding vehicle availability and turnaround times Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the yard and workshop areas Contributing to workplace health and safety initiatives Requirements: Minimum Heavy Rigid (HR) licence Ability to pass Laboratory Drug and Alcohol screening A strong work ethic and positive attitude A hands-on approach and willingness to learn Previous experience in transport, logistics, mechanical, or yard environments (desirable but not essential)
