About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Diploma, or Early Childhood Teacher qualified educator to join our team at our boutique 20 place Figtree Centre. You will support children’s learning through engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Key Responsibilities · Plan and implement high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years · Build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues · Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS) · Maintain accurate documentation and child observations · Uphold a safe, inclusive, and child-focused environment · Work collaboratively within a supportive team About You You are passionate about early education, value teamwork, and demonstrate a commitment to providing quality care. Essential Requirements: · Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved) · Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) · Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification · Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) · Positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills Why Join Little Peoples?
