Gardner Autos is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our team in Cannington. This is a varied role supporting the dealership’s administration and accounting functions across multiple departments and sites. The position would suit someone who takes pride in accuracy and organisation, and has a willingness to learn and progress. Previous experience within an automotive dealership environment will be highly regarded. About the Role Key responsibilities include: Daily bank statement and banking processing and reconciliations Receipting and allocation of payments Vehicle floorplan payouts and bailments Processing wholesale vehicle deals in ERA Power Processing manufacturer warranty payments Stock audits of non-bailed vehicles Service and Parts float reconciliations Assisting with accounts and licensing inbox management Updating operational sales logs and reporting data Assisting with end-of-month processing and journals Providing backup support for reception and licensing functions as required About You To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Previous administration or accounts experience Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks Professional communication skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills A positive and team-focused attitude Experience with: ERA Power / ERA Link Automotive dealership administration Vehicle licensing processes will be highly regarded.
