The Role We are seeking a Project Architect & Design Coordinator to work across industrial and commercial developments from concept through to completion. This is a hands-on role with genuine involvement in design development, consultant coordination, technical detailing, documentation, and project delivery within a collaborative, integrated environment. You will work closely with architects, builders, consultants, and project managers to help deliver high-quality, buildable projects across all project phases. Key Responsibilities Assist in leading projects from concept through documentation and delivery Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary project teams Manage design development and technical detailing Prepare and oversee documentation within Revit and Procore Support project delivery during construction phases Contribute to Green Star and sustainable design outcomes You Bring Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution Approximately 5 years of industry experience Architectural registration, or eligibility for registration in Western Australia Strong Revit capability Experience in commercial and/or industrial projects Sound understanding of NCC requirements and construction detailing Strong coordination and communication skills Collaborative and proactive approach Permanent right to work in Australia Why INDEV We're a close-knit, multidisciplinary team that thrives on coordination and clarity.
