The position We are seeking an experienced Bar Attendant (Supervisor) to lead our bar team and deliver outstanding service to our patrons. With at least two years of relevant work experience required. Key duties: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bar, including rostering and training junior staff Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory control Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and liquor licensing laws Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards behind the bar Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions and reconcile takings at end of service Salary The Bar Attendant (Supervisor) annual salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 . The salary will be discussed with the successful applicant and will be determined according to the applicant’s skill set and experience.
