The Role: As a Chef , you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring the consistent preparation of delicious meals that meet our high standards. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes while maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and creativity in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes in line with the hotel’s menu and quality standards. Assist in menu planning, food presentation, and development of specials. Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations. Work efficiently during busy service periods, ensuring smooth operations. Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients as needed. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and growth. Ensure food wastage is minimized through effective preparation and storage techniques. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor pairing, and food presentation. Passion for high-quality ingredients and seasonal menus. Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service periods. Excellent time management and communication skills. Understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP preferred).
