Your Role: Under the direction of the Manager, you will organise resources to support children and young people across a range of CareSouth programs, coordinate family contacts and ensure the provision of services and supports to clients and families are in line with CareSouth's Practice Framework. What you need to be successful in your role: Demonstrated commitment to the safety, wellbeing and rights of children and young people Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Welfare, Social Sciences, Community Services or a related field Demonstrated leadership experience within OOHC, PSP or community services Experience coordinating complex services involving internal and external stakeholders Strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice Proven effective interpersonal, conflict negotiation and resolution skills and to provide strong leadership under pressure High-level written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work flexibly across a geographically dispersed footprint NSW Driver’s Licence Next Steps: Applications will be reviewed as they are received - so don’t wait, let’s do this!
