About the opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wangara, WA reporting to the Customer Service Manager. Key Responsibilities include: Establishing constructive and positive relations with our customers Be the primary contact for order management, providing prompt and regular monitoring of the status of customers’ orders Work with & support sales, pre-press and the production departments to ensure all manufactured products meet our customers specification and expected quality standard Evaluate and manage customer demand and print requirements Ensure the accuracy of data and information provided to customers by working closely and constructively with production and supply chain Provide customer support to supply chain and quality department Utilise your Excel and other computer skills to prepare and format reports to understand our Slow, obsolete stock (SLOB) levels and forecast To be successful in this role you will need: Ideally, a minimum of 12 months’ experience in a Customer Service role Ideally experience in the print, packaging or label manufacturing industry but not essential Ability to work on own initiative, provide rapid response to issues and to manage priorities Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skills as part of a highly driven team.
