We are looking for an experienced Yard Hand to support our clients production team at their busy site in South Australia. Key Responsibilities: Safely handle, load and unload pipes and oversized materials for customer deliveries with accuracy and care Support customer collections and conduct stock checks Operate forklifts and yard equipment safely and efficiently Conduct pre-start inspections, report issues and follow all safety protocols Assist with moving, organising and repurposing materials, including data entry Maintain a clean and safe yard through regular housekeeping and waste disposal Locate and prepare pipes and other items as requested Ensure smooth handovers and clear communication between teams Requirements: 2–3 years' experience handling oversized or awkward freight Current forklift licence (LF) with hands-on yard experience Physically fit and able to regularly lift items up to 25kg, working outdoors in all weather conditions Computer literate with data entry experience — ERP software knowledge is a plus Strong commitment to safety and following site procedures Good communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude Must have unlimited working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident) Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, full-time Monday to Friday role with a well-established business in the building products sector.
