About the role Liebherr Australia is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Manager – Customer Support East. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. This fixed-term position, covering parental leave for approximately 14 months, can be based at either the Mackay or Mt Thorley branch. Duties Calendar, inbox and diary management for the GM. Meeting management, including coordinating meetings, agendas, room bookings. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including travel coordination, expense claims, purchase orders, and general correspondence for external and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate and efficient filing systems and information management processes Create and manage documents and spreadsheets, including templates, and macros Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion Provide operational support to other members of the leadership team as required About You 3 years' experience in a similar Executive or Personal Assistant role Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organisational and time management skills Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment A proactive mindset, with initiative and problem-solving abilities Diversity and Inclusion Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Group’s Core Values.
