In this role, you will provide end‑to‑end business analysis services across a diverse program of work, including system enhancements, process improvement and legislative reform. Working closely with stakeholders, you will co‑design solutions, translate business needs into practical requirements, and deliver insights that support informed decision‑making and improved customer outcomes.
