Our client, Lift Cancer Care Services is a purpose-built oncology service operating as both an accredited day hospital and a multidisciplinary allied health clinic. They deliver Exercise Medicine, Physiotherapy, Lymphoedema Services, Dietetics and Psychology through a world-leading, integrated model of care. Lift is recognised as a leader in oncology exercise medicine - delivering evidence-based treatment to people living with cancer in a fast-paced, high-performance clinical environment. Now, we’re looking for an experienced Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to help scale this model and lead from the front. This is not a typical role. At Lift, exercise is not positioned as rehabilitation - it is delivered as treatment , alongside chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. About the Role Reporting to the Exercise Medicine Team Lead, you will play a key role in: Providing expert oncology exercise services Driving a coordinated team approach to care Supporting the operations of a high-volume, hospital-grade service, and Contributing to the evolution of an innovative cancer care model This role is ideal for someone who wants to deliver innovative exercise therapies, think critically, and shape the future of healthcare delivery . About You You are: A Physiotherapist with full unrestricted registration with AHPRA or an Accredited Exercise Physiologist registered with ESSA Eligible for registration for a Medicare Provider number An experienced clinician in the provision of exercise prescription and/or post-surgical musculoskeletal rehabilitation An emerging leader Confident managing complexity and making decisions Organised, accountable, and proactive Driven by purpose and impact Most importantly, you want to be part of changing how healthcare is delivered .
