Job Description We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation at Peppers Marysville, including Andiamo Restaurant & Bar and conference & events offerings. This is a highly involved role where you will be present in the kitchen daily, guiding your team while delivering exceptional food experiences across both à la carte and function service. You will have the freedom to bring creativity to seasonal menus, elevate the Andiamo dining experience, and showcase local Victorian produce at its best. Working within a small, dedicated team, you will play a key role in shaping the food identity of the property while ensuring strong commercial outcomes. We are looking for someone who is available to commence in the role in the near future. Key Responsibilities Lead daily kitchen operations across Andiamo Restaurant & Bar and Conference & Events service Design and deliver creative, seasonal menus showcasing local Victorian produce Maintain strong control of food costs, budgeting, and efficient use of ingredients Ensure consistent high-quality presentation and execution across all dishes Work hands-on in the kitchen alongside a small, committed team Oversee kitchen compliance, hygiene, and food safety standards Collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences
