Job Description Purpose of Position: • Be able to carry out thorough Inspection services to various makes and models of standard cranes. • Work independently on repair, field modernisations and installation jobs on standard equipment. • Be able to identify and source all parts from the Konecranes Store. • Be able to offer standard repair and field modernisation solutions to customers. • Be able to attend emergency breakdowns, identify and repair faults on standard cranes. • Have a good understanding of Konecranes products and services. • Have a broad understanding of Konecranes Company, Safety and Risk assessment procedures. • Be able to identify and contact local Support Functions and Global Technical Support channel if required. • Broad understanding of Australian Standards.
