Job Description Lifecare is looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Senior Receptionist to become the face of our Wembley clinic and play a key role in supporting our Allied Health team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity (25–30 hours per week), working closely with and reporting into the Regional Practice Manager, and ideal for someone who thrives in a busy customer-facing environment and enjoys making a genuine difference to people’s day. Make a real impact – Be part of a growing, forward-thinking clinic where your contribution truly matters Supportive team culture – Work alongside a collaborative team that values what you bring Room to grow – Access career opportunities across the wider APM Group network Community connection – Build relationships with patients and the local community Perks included – Discounted health insurance and wellbeing support What you’ll be doing Delivering a professional and welcoming front desk experience for every patient Coordinating day-to-day reception and clinic operations Responsible for rostering and ensuring adequate admin coverage within set targets Completing clinic timesheets and supporting payroll processing Managing debt and supporting effective debt recovery processes Managing bookings, invoicing and general admin processes Building strong relationships with patients, health professionals and stakeholders Identifying opportunities to improve systems and service delivery Supporting coverage across multiple sites when required What we’re looking for We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds — experience in a medical or allied health setting is desirable, but not essential. Experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role A people-first mindset with a strong customer service focus Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Confidence working in a fast-paced environment Experience with booking or practice systems (e.g. Nookal) is desirable, not essential Ready to join us?
