We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Crane Operators , Riggers & Dogmen to join our expanding team. Positions Available: C6-CO Crane Operator Basic-Intermediate Rigger Dogman Key Responsibilities: Operating cranes safely and efficiently, ensuring all lifting operations are completed in line with company safety protocols. Adhering to site-specific safety regulations and protocols at all times. Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and minimize delays. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance for equipment and tools. Rigger Duties: Securing loads, assisting with crane operations, and ensuring safety during lifting activities. Conducting pre-start checks and routine maintenance on crane equipment Communicating effectively with site managers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate crane operations Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations Providing guidance and training to less experienced team members Essential Requirements: Current High-Risk Work License for Crane Operations and Rigging. White Card (Construction Induction Training). Current Driver's License (HR preferred). Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol Testing . Strong commitment to safety and compliance with all safety guidelines. Highly Desirable: Working at Heights qualification. EWP (Elevated Work Platform) license. Scissor Lift qualification.
