We have a close team of advanced Beauty therapists who work together to achieve the best possible results for our clients. The Role SBB is seeking a skilled and passionate Part-time or Full-Time Skin and Beauty therapist to join our team. This position will offer some flexibility to accommodate to your schedule, with the understanding that some late nights and Saturdays may be required to meet the needs of our clientele. Responsibilities this role includes: Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to evaluate clients' concerns, goals, and skin conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating a combination of skincare treatments, products, and techniques from Lira Clinical and DMK. Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including but not limited to chemical peels, enzyme therapy, and corrective facials. Administer specialized treatments such as paramedical skin revision and advanced skin needling to address specific skin concerns and conditions. Educate clients on proper skincare routines, home care products, and lifestyle habits to optimize treatment results and maintain skin health. Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation in compliance with clinic protocols and industry standards. Perform a range of brow, lash, and body waxing treatments. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance skills and services. Please note that some online education will need to be completed outside of work hours Skills and Experience We are seeking dedicated candidates that are passionate about learning and growing as part of our team. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a beauty therapist (Minimum 2 years required) Must hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy Exemplary work ethic and excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
