Located in Australia, Bar Ricci is a vibrant hospitality venue currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to become part of their growing team. Key Responsibilities: • Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards. • Planning menus and contributing to the development of new dishes and seasonal specials. • Ensuring food preparation areas are clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations. • Monitoring food quality, portion control, and presentation before service. • Managing kitchen stock, ordering supplies, and reducing food wastage. • Supervising and supporting kitchen staff during preparation and service. • Maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring safe work practices at all times. • Working closely with management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and customer satisfaction. About you: • At least one year of relevant experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role. • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. • Good organisational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
