Delivered across three stages, this is a high-profile scheme featuring multi-storey residential apartments set within an extensive private garden and resort style amenity precinct. You'll be the key operational lead on the ground from day one, taking this project from structure through to handover. Our client is an established, highly regarded Queensland construction business with a strong track record across residential and mixed-use developments. They are well-capitalised, with a committed pipeline and a professional, collaborative culture. Full site management of a three-stage medium-to-high density residential apartment project from construction commencement through to practical completion and handover Management and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour; fostering a safe and productive site culture Programme management and reporting – tracking milestones, managing variations, and keeping stakeholders aligned to delivery timelines Quality assurance and defect management in line with specification, ensuring the premium finish expected of this development WHS compliance, site inductions, safe work method statements, and maintaining a zero-harm environment throughout all stages Liaising with the Project Manager, consultants, council, and utility authorities as required What you'll bring Proven track record as a Site Manager on medium to high density residential apartment projects (ideally 5 storeys) in the Queensland market Experience managing multi-stage or staged delivery programmes with multiple concurrent subcontractor packages QBCC Site Supervisor Licence Strong WHS leadership and current First Aid and White Card certifications Excellent subcontractor management, communication, and problem solving skills and able to drive pace while maintaining quality and relationships Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline desirable, though not essential with strong demonstrated experience Why apply This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a standout residential development in a growth corridor, with genuine long-term tenure across three project stages.
