As Teamhead of Merchandising, you will own the end-to-end product strategy across Oceania - translating global vision into locally relevant, commercially powerful assortments. You’ll lead high performing buying team, influence cross functional stakeholders, and drive decisions that directly impact sales, margin, inventory, and brand equity. WHAT YOU’LL OWN Market-Leading Merchandising Strategy Define what great looks like and deliver it consistently. You will lead the creation and execution of a future-forward merchandising strategy across Retail and eCommerce, shaped by deep consumer understanding, market dynamics, and brand ambition. Build and execute a comprehensive DTC (Direct to Consumer) product strategy for sustainable growth for our Retail outlet & eCommerce portfolio Translate trends, data, and consumer insight into compelling assortments that win in-market Drive pricing, ranging, and buying strategies to exceed sales and margin targets Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver impactful Go-To-Market plans Elevate brand positioning through product storytelling and segmentation Trading, Performance & Commercial Excellence Relentlessly optimise. Constantly outperform. You’ll own the trading heartbeat of the business, leading decisions that maximise sell-through, manage inventory, and protect profitability across channels. Drive weekly and monthly trading cadences across Retail and eCommerce Lead critical decisions on promotions, markdowns, re-buys, and stock flow Own channel performance across Outlet, and eCommerce environments Deliver against key metrics including stock turn, margin, discount levels, and EBIT Balance brand elevation with commercial outcomes - every season, every channel! Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence Build teams. Align stakeholders. Drive momentum. This role requires a leader who can inspire teams and influence across the business, both locally and regionally. Lead and develop Buying teams to deliver high-performance outcomes. Experience with allocations teams also if preferable.
