Key Responsibilities: Managing daily retail operations and maintaining high customer service standards Monitoring stock levels and coordinating inventory control activities Assisting with purchasing activities, product pricing, and merchandising displays Promoting and selling products while providing customer assistance and product advice Maintaining records of stock movements, sales transactions, and operational activities Assisting with budgeting and monitoring store performance and expenses Supervising, training, and supporting retail staff members Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and company procedures About you: At least 1 year of experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar retail supervisory role Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage stock control and retail operations efficiently Experience supervising and supporting team members in a retail environment Good organisational and time management skills Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
