About the Role This is a casual position offering 15 hours per week, including Saturdays, with flexibility to cover staff leave as needed. Based in our busy, bright and spacious North Perth pharmacy, you’ll work alongside an experienced and welcoming team to deliver outstanding care and build genuine connections with our customers. Drawing on your dispensary skills and warm communication style, you will: receive and handle prescriptions accurately and quickly dispense medications enter dispensary administration data refer customers to the pharmacist assist customers with their health needs via phone and instore assist in front of shop and on the service desk prepare Webster-paks maintain the professional presentation of the store About You To thrive in this role, you’ll bring hands-on dispensary experience and a genuine passion for patient care. You’ll also have: experience with FRED Dispense (desirable but not essential) excellent communication and customer service skills the ability to deal with customers in a fast-paced environment be organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy be professional with a strong sense of confidentiality and privacy Webster-pak experience is highly regarded but not essential — full training will be provided by our supportive dispensary team. Flexibility to cover for colleagues during leave periods is also important for this role.
