About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organised NDIS Administrative Officer to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) processes and compliance requirements, and be confident managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage NDIS participant records, documentation, and compliance requirements Process service agreements, bookings, and day to day operations effectively Liaise with participants, support coordinators, and service providers Maintain accurate data entry and reporting systems Assist with audits and ensure adherence to NDIS standards Coordinate schedules, appointments, and internal communications Provide general administrative support to the team Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience working within the NDIS sector Strong knowledge of NDIS systems, processes, and compliance obligations Experience using the NDIS portal and related software Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail and ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications Qualification in Business Administration, Community Services, or related field Experience working with disability support services Familiarity with CRM or client management systems What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development Meaningful work supporting people with disabilities How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your NDIS experience and suitability for this role.
