As an energizing and confident Porter, you will join our creative and diverse Front Office Team, connecting with people and making things happen at Hyatt Regency Brisbane. A good understanding of multi-tasking and caring for our guests will ensure your day is full of exciting challenges and is never dull. This varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your professional hospitality career within an international company. Your Porter role will include: · Valet parking of guest cars · Delivery of luggage to guest rooms · Assisting with guest enquiries e.g. directions, recommendations · Handling guest feedback and resolving any complaints Roles Requirements: · High level of grooming and personal presentation · High level of both written and verbal communication · Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays · Unrestricted working rights in Australia · Previous experience with Opera is advantageous · Full Open Drivers License within Australia · Manual Drivers License advantageous A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
