This role provides an opportunity to work across a range of electronics engineering activities that support real Defence and secure communications systems. You'll be exposed to hardware design, testing, and product support, contributing to systems that enable critical Defence capabilities. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience applying electronics engineering principles to real-world Defence challenges. What you'll be doing As a Graduate Electronics Engineer, you will: Support the design and development of electronic hardware and components Assist with building prototype hardware and conducting system, component, and environmental testing Help diagnose faults and support repairs of electronic systems and equipment Support production quality activities, including factory acceptance testing Contribute to technical inspections and support in-service equipment Assist with engineering analysis and development of technical data Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to support delivery of secure network solutions This role provides an opportunity to build your capability, learn from experienced engineers, and develop confidence in a real Defence engineering environment. This role is based in Symonston, ACT. Eligibility requirements: We're seeking motivated early-career engineers who are eager to learn in a Defence engineering environment.
