The Tenancy Relations and Resolutions Officer assists the Tenancy Relations and Resolutions team with case management of complex tenancy matters and works with tenants who fail to comply with tenancy agreements and ensure that compliance and debt recovery processes are implemented in a consistent, fair, appropriate, and timely manner.
