Key Responsibilities Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence Managing billing, file administration and matter set-up Diary management, scheduling and email coordination Supporting the wider team with day-to-day practice administration Assisting with maintaining smooth workflow across the practice group Who You'll Be Working With You'll support a highly regarded practice led by approachable and commercially minded Directors, working across areas including: Financial Services & Regulatory Compliance Fintech & Digital Economy Banking & Payments AML/CTF Compliance Corporate Governance & Risk Funds Management & Financial Institutions The Sydney office has a close-knit feel, with strong collaboration across the broader national support team.
