The Role: This role sits within the Maintenance team and is focused on supporting customers through the post-construction maintenance period. As a Maintenance Assessor, you will be responsible for coordinating and assessing maintenance requests, ensuring all works are managed efficiently and completed to a high standard. Responsibilities: · Liaising with clients and external contractors · Managing customer expectations · Assessing maintenance requests via onsite systems · Completing maintenance reports and write-ups, raising and approving purchase orders · Coordinating trades to carry out works, monitoring costs, and maintaining accurate records across systems such as Framework, DMS and workflow platforms. · You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and broader teams to ensure all maintenance activities are completed in line with company procedures and timeframes while delivering a high level of customer service. About You: · You will come from a trade background, ideally holding a Certificate III in Carpentry or Bricklaying · Certificate IV in Building and Construction highly advantageous or currently being completed. · You will have a solid understanding of the residential construction process, including defect liability periods and standards in line with the NCC. · Strong communication and administration skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and clients. · You will be organised, proactive, and confident using computer systems, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of your workload.
