Requirements for this role: Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffees and specialty beverages. Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service. Assist with light food preparation and restocking of display cabinets. Operate POS systems and handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all café areas in accordance with food safety standards. Follow daily opening and closing procedures. Monitor stock levels and report low supplies to management. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth café operations. Skills & Experience Minimum 6 months’ experience as a barista in a café or hospitality environment. Proficient in coffee machine operation and grinder calibration. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
