We care for our residents and clients across 34 facilities throughout metropolitan Perth and regional Western Australia and look after each individual in the way they want to be cared for. We are currently seeking experienced Care Worker to provide daily support to our residents at Bethanie Elanora. This role is available on a Part-time basis. The successful candidate must be flexible to work 15 hours per week, including weekends. Our Care Workers are an integral part of the care and support we provide to our residents. Applicants with at least twelve months experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. About You Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) Previous experience working in an aged care or hospital environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well as a team and also independently Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations National Police Check or NDIS Clearance. The Role Assess care plans and ensure residents’ needs are met Ensure services (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic and interest) are delivered in a timely and safe manner Deliver personal care tasks (including toileting and showering) with dignity and respect Ensure residents’ rooms and the facility environment is maintained to an appropriate standard Working with Bethanie Many of us work because we want to make a difference.
