We’re looking for a Manager in Training to join our Flagship Westfield Sydney (Pitt Street) store. Why this role is a game changer As a Bailey Nelson Manager in Training (MIT), you won’t just support the store, you’ll help run it. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, joy-filled customer experiences, from clinic to frame styling to final dispense. This is more than a job, it’s your pathway to running your own store.
