Western Sydney outreach $42.16 - $45.36 salary packaging and super Join a large, reputable NGO I am partnering with a large, national not-for-profit to support the growth of a specialist youth mental health service in Western Sydney. This team is doing incredibly important work supporting young people (12–25) who are at risk of, or experiencing, a first episode of psychosis—delivering care where it matters most, in the community. This is not a clinic-based role. It is dynamic, mobile, and highly collaborative—working across homes, schools, and community settings to engage young people early and provide meaningful, recovery-oriented support. The opportunity You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering assertive, outreach-based mental health care. The focus is on early identification, timely intervention, and reducing the long-term impact of psychosis through evidence-based, person-centred practice.
