We design, integrate, support, and maintain high-quality network centric Audio-Visual systems and solutions in corporate, government, education, and defence environments. We’re looking for talented and highly motivated AV Site Technicians to work with our Deployment team here at Pro AV Solutions WA. This is a hands-on role , focused on physical installation work on-site. If you have a genuine interest in the Audio-Visual industry and have developed a solid understanding of installation fundamentals, be that in AV/IT, Electrical, Data, and/or Security, we are keen to invest in your development. The Role The role will have you working closely with our Deployment team to complete the installation of commercial Audio-Visual solutions into a variety of projects across WA. Hands-on installation of AV equipment such as speakers, projectors, flat panel displays, control systems, and projection screens as directed and specified in project documentation. Cable pulling and routing through walls, conduits, and structures in line with building plans and safety standards. Rack building and hardware configuration including enclosures and AV components. Install and configure racks, enclosures, and other hardware. Accurate labeling and documentation of all installed equipment and connections. Customer-focused service , responding promptly and professionally to client needs. Maintain accountability to systems, processes, code of conduct and company values It is desirable to have knowledge of AV products, such as Crestron, Kramer etc. Pro AV Solutions' unique approach supports our Installation teams with a high level of documentation, pre-staged and built equipment, transport to site, a full range of tools, and support resources to complete the tasks in an efficient and professional manner. About You To succeed in this role, you must be highly motivated, with a passion for providing a great commercial and customer service experience. You will have: A solid understanding of structured cabling and installation processes . Confidence using hand and power tools safely and effectively. A strong desire to learn and grow in the AV industry. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Reliability, trustworthiness, and a commitment to quality. Familiarity with AV products (e.g., Crestron, Kramer) is a plus. Why work with us?
