With over 80 years’ local industry knowledge, a vast network of distributors, three sales offices and two distribution/service centres, this is a great opportunity for an electrical apprentice to work with a leading pump manufacturer in the region. Some of the things you will do are; Operate manual lathes, mills and drills and assemble, repair and rebuild pumps and equipment Examine detailed drawings and specifications to determine the requirements for the task Operate and adjust metalworking machines to create parts or tools by turning, boring, milling, shaping, slotting, grinding, or drilling metal stock or components Use hand and machine tools, welding equipment, and CNC machines Cut, thread, bend, and install hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines Work regionally or remotely (meals and accommodation will be provided) Location: Bundamba Work Hours: Monday to Friday 6.30am to 3.00pm What’s in it for you?
