Conference & Events Coordinator We are now seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator to assist the sales and delivery of our event program across multiple venues within the hotel. You don’t miss a single detail and multi-tasking is your middle name – from setting up spaces, responding to queries, managing dietary requirements and everything in between. You’ll be responsible for: Manage conference and event enquiries, bookings, BEOs, and client communications Maintain accurate event records, contracts, accounts, invoicing, and reporting Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution Drive sales, prospect new business, maximise revenue, and secure repeat clients Handle site inspections, feedback, complaints, cancellations, and operational support professionally You will bring: Formal qualifications in Event Management preferred 1–2 years’ experience in a Conference & Events Coordinator role Background in hotels, restaurants, function spaces, or similar hospitality environments Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting up to 20kg Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
