07th May, 2026 Tenancy Manager – Contract Role | Immediate Start We are partnering with a community-focused housing provider to recruit an experienced Tenancy Manager for an immediate contract opportunity. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday only — no weekends — within a supportive and collaborative team environment. The role will focus on managing tenancies across a residential housing portfolio, supporting tenants, coordinating property matters, and ensuring compliance with tenancy obligations and housing standards. About the Role Manage a portfolio of social, affordable, or residential rental properties Support tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle Coordinate tenancy matters, including arrears, breaches, inspections, and tenancy sustainment Work closely with internal teams, support services, and contractors Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and organisational policies Maintain accurate tenancy records and documentation About You Experience within social housing, affordable housing, community housing, or private rental/property management Strong understanding of tenancy management processes and legislation Confident in managing tenant relationships and complex situations professionally Highly organised with strong communication and administration skills •Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel between sites/properties as required What’s on Offer Immediate start contract opportunity Monday to Friday role – no weekends Supportive leadership and team culture Opportunity to work within a purpose-driven housing environment Stable full-time hours – 5 days per week Subject to police and reference checks.
