06th May, 2026 Be Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, dementia-focused residential aged care provider in Hunters Hill to recruit a Clinical Care Lead . This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse or Clinical Coordinator who enjoys staying close to the floor while stepping into a senior position supporting both clinical care and team operations. About the role This is a key leadership position where you will support the Executive Care Manager and provide day-to-day clinical oversight across multiple dementia care units. You’ll balance clinical leadership, team support, and operational coordination, while remaining actively involved in the service.
