01st May, 2026 About the Plant Commissioned in 2023, this gold processing facility is designed for efficiency and recovery, featuring: Fine grind capability to ~45 microns Multiple-pit feed strategy Modern systems focused on performance and reliability Key Responsibilities Safe and efficient operation across the plant – crusher to tails Monitor and troubleshoot circuits including mill, thickener, leach, CIL, elution & water services Control room / DCS operation and monitoring Conduct plant sampling, inspections & reporting Identify and manage risks across the plant Maintain accurate records and detailed shift handovers Uphold strong safety and housekeeping standards (Desirable) Operate small mobile plant – skid steer, forklift, telehandler About You Minimum 2 years recent experience in a gold processing plant Strong experience in CIL / elution circuits Previous control room / DCS experience Current WA C Class Driver’s Licence NPC clearance & full Australian working rights Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills What’s on Offer FIFO role with consistent roster Modern plant with strong operational backing Supportive team environment Well-maintained camp and site facilities
