Job Summary: Dive Hotel is a boutique beachfront hotel located in Coogee, NSW, offering comfortable accommodation and personalised guest services. The hotel is known for its professional hospitality standards, prime coastal location, and consistent guest experience. We are seeking a full-time Hotel Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and manage front-of-house and guest service activities. Key Responsibilities: Direct and oversee daily hotel operations including reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities Supervise security arrangements and coordinate property maintenance requirements Ensure compliance with relevant hospitality laws, regulations, and hotel policies Monitor guest feedback and assess customer satisfaction levels Oversee daily operational administration including purchasing and stock control Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Coordinate front-of-house operations and staff during shifts Manage staff rostering and ensure smooth daily hotel operations Respond to guest enquiries and resolve service issues professionally Provide guests with local tourism information and assist with arranging tours and transportation where required What We're Looking For: Relevant qualification in hospitality management or equivalent experience Minimum 1 year of relevant hotel or hospitality experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment Good organisational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of hotel booking systems preferred Reliable, professional, and team-oriented How to Apply: 11 Recruitment is here to help you take the next step in your career!
