The business has developed specialist expertise in commercial refrigeration systems, preventative maintenance programs, cold room construction, freezer room installations, and rental refrigeration solutions. Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Supply Chain analyst to join their growing team Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Analyse procurement workflows, stock movements and supplier performance to improve the availability of refrigeration and electrical components. Develop inventory forecasting models based on preventative maintenance schedules, project pipelines and emergency breakdown demand patterns. Identify supply chain gaps, inventory risks and process inefficiencies affecting service delivery and cold room installation timelines. Evaluate current warehouse, vehicle stock and replenishment systems to optimise spare parts accessibility for 24/7 field technicians. Review and improve purchasing procedures, reorder points and stock control methodologies to minimise downtime and reduce excess inventory holding costs. Monitor supplier SLAs, lead times, pricing trends and procurement performance to improve service reliability and project margins. Prepare analytical reports and recommendations to support workflow redesign, resource planning and continuous operational improvement. Assist in implementing approved process improvements across procurement systems, inventory controls and logistics workflows. Collaborate with service managers, technicians and project teams to align material planning with maintenance and installation schedules. Support capability uplift across internal teams by providing guidance on inventory disciplines, purchasing controls and supply chain reporting tools. Track KPIs including stock turnover, supplier responsiveness, emergency response stock readiness and project material availability. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar Supply Chain Analyst role. Strong skills in inventory forecasting, demand planning, procurement analysis and supplier performance monitoring. Experience using Excel, ERP systems and inventory management platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills. Experience in trade services, refrigeration, HVAC, maintenance or field service environments will be highly regarded. Salary: This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of AUD $75,000-$80,000, plus superannuation, based on a 38-hour work week.
