Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, passionate Cosmetic Dentist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a fully digital environment and has a strong interest in smile design, aesthetic excellence, and comprehensive cosmetic rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional cosmetic and restorative dental care Plan and execute veneer cases using Digital Smile Design workflows Utilise 3Shape and/or EXOCAD for digital treatment planning and veneer design Provide Invisalign and clear aligner treatments from assessment through to completion Plan and restore implant cases (surgical experience highly regarded) Perform professional in-chair and take-home teeth whitening treatments Conduct detailed cosmetic consultations and present comprehensive treatment plans Work with in-house digital and milling systems for same-day restorations Maintain excellent clinical records and adhere to best practice standards Build long-term patient relationships through trust, communication, and results Our Technology & Facilities You will be working within a fully integrated in-house Dentsply Sirona digital ecosystem , including: Primes Scan intraoral scanner CEREC for Veneer designing. Prime mill for same-day crowns and restorations Ortho Phos S CBCT / OPG X-ray system. SIDEXIS 4 & SICAT software for guided implant and Guide base planning. In-house fabrication of porcelain and zirconia veneers Same-day crowns and implant-supported restorations In-house 3D printing for splints and retainers Laser technology for gummy smile correction and pain relief Essential Skills & Experience Bachelor of Dental Science (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration Minimum 3–5 years' clinical experience in cosmetic dentistry (preferred) Strong experience with: Porcelain and zirconia veneers Digital Smile Design 3Shape and/or EXOCAD Invisalign / clear aligner therapy Implant dentistry (restoration required, surgery a bonus) Teeth whitening procedures High aesthetic standard and strong attention to detail Excellent communication and patient care skills Passion for cosmetic dentistry and continuous improvement AHPRA registration is essential for this position Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required Australian permanent residency or citizenship required Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded) Surgical implant placement General dental surgery / advanced restorative skills Experience with full-mouth rehabilitations Interest in clinical photography and case documentation What We Offer Outstanding working atmosphere with a supportive, skilled team State-of-the-art digital dental facilities Access to advanced cosmetic, implant, and same-day dentistry technology High-end cosmetic case load Central Subiaco location with excellent public transport access Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities Attractive remuneration package based on experience We welcome clinicians of any background who share our passion for cosmetic dentistry and excellence in patient care.
