Position This is a pro bono Board role. You will be joining a high calibre group of Board Directors. You will Chair the Audit and Risk Management Committee. The key responsibility is to provide strategic guidance and challenge to management. This will include oversight of the financial performance, governance, risk and compliance stewardship, influencing with a commercial mindset and contributing to the medium‑ and long‑term planning. Profile You will be CA/CPA qualified and an experienced Chief Financial Officer. You will have strong Board exposure as a CFO or being on other Boards. Ideally you will have an understanding of the not-for-profit sector. In particular you will have experience across strategy, performance oversight, risk and governance, as well as the ability to balance strategic oversight with practical, real-world judgement. You will be comfortable operating in complex, evolving environments and possess high integrity with a genuine interest in the organisation's success.
